Among those craftsmen was Joseph Tricker, who founded his eponymous company in 1829 with uncompromising standards of durability and finishing. After fifty years of shoemaking, Tricker passed on the company to his son-in-law, Walter James Baltrop, whose family has steered the wagon ever since.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eMore than five generations later, Tricker’s has preserved and developed their craft to include a vast variety of models, leathers and color choices, all while staying true to their original values of durability and waterproofing to brave country climate.
